I've subjected myself to all the normal remedies, such as, icing the feet, having it taped every which way by trainers, as well as wearing that awful metal insole and there were only so many pain killers a man can take! Although icing it helped with the pain at the time it did nothing for helping it once I stepped foot on the field. Taping and the metal insole completely diminished my ability to perform, hindered my movement extremely, and overall just felt wrong. So I decided I would figure out a way to help get rid of the pain while maintaining my speed and agility.
Through trial and error and a whole lot of jokes from my teammates, I developed DR. BIG TOE. Through icing my toe I found out that numbing it made the big toe/ball joint stiff and ridged but by keeping the area warm it would bring higher circulation of blood
